Annual Provider Training

MCSHP strives to keep our provider network informed about the latest regulatory requirements enforced by the DHCS. To ensure we operate in full compliance with all applicable Federal and State Statue Regulations, all network providers are required to take annual training regarding the Medi-Cal Managed Care Programs.

Please download the slide decks listed below, review, and submit the required forms back to MCSelectprovider@memorialcare.org to be checked of for this calendar year. We thank you for your efforts and cooperation. Any questions may be guided to MCSelectprovider@memorialcare.org.
