MemorialCare and Seaside Health Plan are pleased to announce the rebranding of the health plan to MemorialCare Select Health Plan. Changed in name only, the health plan will continue its mission to serve Medi-Cal, Medicare, Exchange (Covered CA) and commercial beneficiaries in Los Angeles County.
Coinciding with the seven-year anniversary of Seaside Health Plan becoming a subsidiary of MemorialCare, the decision to rebrand was made in the spirit of celebration and unification. MemorialCare’s visual identity includes a tree element, symbolizing systemness. The ease and accessibility we offer across our health system is represented by overlapping, interconnected windows of care. And the way our teams constantly stretch to provide patient centricity by delivering a simply better experience is embodied by an up-reaching figure. This rebrand prominently demonstrates the relationship with MemorialCare and will lead to greater recognition for the health plan.
This exciting change allows the Plan to grow and serve more Angelinos under the MemorialCare name. MemorialCare Select Health Plan strives to deliver exceptional care with member-focused service.
